WHAT IS THE PRESIDENT’S CORNER?  ​​​​​​​​

Around the globe, the Speakers’ Corner (with its roots in Hyde Park, London) is a space that allows individuals to speak their thoughts and exchange ideas with others without fear of being arrested (!)

President’s Corner is a “psychologically safe” space for a small group of  C-Suite women (coaching circle) to share their leadership challenges, speak their thoughts and get positive peer input and support, facilitated professionally using the proven Co-Development coaching methodology.

What does the President's Corner coaching package include?

I​​​​t includes:

• 30 mins complimentary consultation
• ​Introductory meeting for the group: set up the framework of the journey with curated exercises (2 hours)
• Peer coaching sessions where each leader shares their leadership challenge for peer coaching using the Co-Development methodology
• 2 group learning sessions (topics to be mutually agreed by the group), each for 2-2.5 hours
• Workbook on “My Unique Attributes” with exercises for individual completion & reflection, enabling you to attain greater clarity of your “identity”.  If individually coached (see option below), your personal mission/purpose statement will emerge
• Joanna’s recommended resources & tools, including neuroscience related resources

Optional:
2 to 4 individual coaching to support the journey
Use of assessments such as 360s or TMP (work preferences)
